Design Capability
- We offer experienced contracts team to design of pressure vessels using specialist pressure vessel modelling software & Techniques, We use PV Elite, Nozzle Pro and FEA techniques
- We provide a full Project management and design service from our experienced contracts team complete with an in-house welding engineer.
- We can work to existing drawing or offer a “Full” AutoCAD drafting service
- We regularly comply with the ASME/PED 2014/EU (CE Mark)
- We work and certify to a wide range of design codes for both domestic and international supply. ASME VIII Div 1 and other international standards.
- We are experienced in design and manufacturing for chemical, food & pharma, oil & gas, & water industries working to a wide range of project and customer design specifications and requirements.
- Regularly obtain surveillance from third party inspection agencies and EU Notified Bodies Approved Bodies, including Lloyds, DNV, BV, ABS, TUV and many others.
